Through engaging workshops held on their specially designed double-decker buses—the charity provides students with practical tools to recognise their strengths, develop a growth mindset, and foster a sense of belonging.
Founded by James Shone, I Can & I Am delivers inspiring talks to educators, parents, and students, equipping them with strategies to maintain self-belief and resilience. The charity’s interactive approach, including pizza-making sessions on board the buses, encourage teamwork and achievement, ensuring that every young person leaves feeling valued and capable.
